Accommodation

We have three ensuite rooms.

The Oak Room is a double ensuite room which overlooks the garden. It can also be made into a twin room, and has a small pull out bed if required.

The Beech Room which is a twin bedded ensuite room but which can also be made into a double bedded room

The Pine Room is a double ensuite room.

There is a sitting room for guest use. It has a TV and DVD player and there is a fire should the nights be chilly.

The dining room  is equipped with microwave, toaster and fridge should guests want to make a quick snack.

There is wifi connection.

Laundry facilities available.

There is access to the garden through the dining room and there is a patio where guests can enjoy a quiet drink or gain access, through a gate at the bottom of the garden, to the Clandeboye Way which runs beside the house. The Clandeboye Way runs from the Helen’s Bay Car Park beside the beach, right up to the Clandeboye Estate.  It  is a tree lined avenue and is a wonderful walk.

In front of the house there is plenty of room to park cars.
